¹¹ Concerning the beast who was, and is not, he is the eighth, and is of the seven, and is going to destruction.

¹² “The ten horns which you saw are ten kings who have received no kingdom yet, but they will receive authority as kings for one hour with the beast. ¹³ These are of one mind and will give their power and authority to the beast.
